Great location, facilities, we felt welcome by the ambience within minutes of arriving. Level of facilties was great for groups or all sizes and ages. Location near to a pub and the log fire were a bonus!

Location quiet but just what we were after this year, great house, all the extras you need and more! plenty of space and very clean, Ideal location fro traveling round near the boarder. Would love to go back if I get the chance.

We had a fantastic week, and really enjoyed exploring the area. The highlights were visiting Bass Rock, north Berwick and a trip to Edinburgh.

a great base for the family to relax and explore the Borders. For burning some energy try mountain biking at 7 Stanes Pebbles and great cakes and cafe. We will come again.

An excellent house and venue, and an ideal location from which to explore the surrounding area. Berwick-upon-Tweed is worth a visit and so too is the four Abbeys. The games room was ideal for the family, we would come again and recommend it to friends.
